OUR VISION

The vision of ReaLife Ministries is to powerfully transform lives, develop authentic relationships with Christ and to birth small communities of faith

OUR MISSION

1. Spiritual Independence - To produce believers with spiritual authority and maturity who are confident to exercise their gifts
2. Intentional Intimacy with God - Our intimacy with God reveals our sinfulness and brokenness. It produces a deep self, inner awareness of our intimacy with God. Without this self-awareness, inner healing is not possible. Intimacy means a two-way relationship with God that impacts our daily lives and the real-life daily decisions that we make.
3. Operate in the Spirit - To operate in the Spirit means to follow the leading of where the Holy Spirit is guiding us. This requires us to submit and to be vulnerable. It takes faith, courage and boldness to follow the voice and leading of the Spirit.
4. Develop disciples/leaders - Disciples are followers of Christ who are in the business of making other disciples. We do not encourage passive membership where you just sit back and don’t participate.
5. Creating home churches - In our pursuit of God, our natural inclination should be to share the gospel and the communities that we are a part of.

PURPOSE

A smaller gathering naturally develops closer relationships, authenticity, accountability, sharing and fellowship. Acts 2 demonstrates that the home church is an effective model of ministry. The fellowship of believers met in their homes to eat meals and to gather together.

The house church is seen in the New Testament on many occasions. In Acts 1, many of the disciples stayed in the “upper room” of someone’s home where they devoted themselves to prayer. In Acts 20, apostle Paul mentions that he traveled from house to house to teach. In 1 Corinthians 16, apostle Paul sends his greetings to Aquila and Prisca’s house church. Paul also greets Nympha’s house church in Colossians 4.

ReaLife Ministries follows in the tradition of historic Christianity and adheres to the Nicene Creed:

I believe in one God, the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth, and of all things visible and invisible. And in one Lord Jesus Christ, the only-begotten Son of God, begotten of the Father before all worlds; God of God, Light of Light, very God of very God; begotten, not made, being of one substance with the Father, by whom all things were made. Who, for us men and for our salvation, came down from heaven, and was incarnate by the Holy Spirit of the virgin Mary, and was made man; and was crucified also for us under Pontius Pilate; He suffered and was buried; and the third day He rose again, according to the Scriptures; and ascended into heaven, and sits on the right hand of the Father; and He shall come again, with glory, to judge the quick and the dead; whose kingdom shall have no end.

And I believe in the Holy Ghost, the Lord and Giver of Life; who proceeds from the Father and the Son; who with the Father and the Son together is worshipped and glorified; who spoke by the prophets. And I believe in one holy catholic and apostolic Church. I acknowledge one baptism for the remission of sins; and I look for the resurrection of the dead, and the life of the world to come. Amen.
